The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the high-volume production of pastries in a retail or busy restaurant/hotel environment. This individual needs to be comfortable leading a team and implementing new procedures and menu items.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with pastries
• Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume production
